Yo Ho Hot Cocao!

Swiss Miss is good in a pinch, but if you have some time on the weekend to get snuggly, try homemade hot cocoa with rum!

Ingredients:

•2 cups milk
•3 1/2 oz bittersweet or semi-sweet hot chocolate
•1 cinnamon stick
•2 teaspoons honey
•1 teaspoon brown sugar
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•2 tablespoons dark rum

Directions:

•Break chocolate into pieces.
•Combine chocolate, milk, cinnamon stick, honey and sugar in a saucepan and heat on low until chocolate is completely melted.
•Add vanilla and rum and whip with a whisk.
•Take out the cinnamon stick and pour into mugs.
