What's For Dinner?

I am in a dinner rut. I feel like I always cook the same thing. I am looking for ideas online and on Food Network, but nothing really appeals to me. What do you cook for dinner?

Leave a comment and tell me what your dnner menu looks like for normal week!

Tonight I'm making the cornbread chicken pot pie that was on Oprah last week. That lady (Christine?) seemed awesome so I might check out what else she has available for recipes.

Sam's has a spice called chicago steack, it's a combination of great spices, that are in a grinder. I put some Olive oil in a skillet, then put some chicago steak seasoning in there, let it get hot, then added pork chops (the other white meat), fried until tender. While that was cooking, I took some small red potatoes, cleaned, them, skin on, cut into fourths, put in a pan of water, butter, dill weed, and salt free seanoning, boiled until tender, then in the skillet my port chops cooked in, I put some minced garlic, butter, and white wine, and put the drained potatoes in the skillet and stirred fried until seasoned. Make sure you don't use much oil to begin with. Add steamed green beans with turkey bacon (or the real thing) and onions. and you have one great tasting meal!
