If You Like Bagles...

...and hate the idea of how many calories are in them, use this simple trick. Cut your bagel in half as normal, then hollow out the insides (making a canal or sorts). Add in your fillings whatever they may be (cream cheese, lox, lunch meat, etc). It will save you tons of calories! I have to give Adrianne props for this one. She is the 22 year old I work with who keeps me young and in touch...LOL!
